ABOUT THE LUXURY WEDDINGS

The Luxury Weddings is a fully owned subsidiary & Strategic business unit of The Heritage. A luxury wedding is meant for couples who are not just looking for a romantic wedding in a far off location, but are also looking for an exquisite experience and an unforgettable celebration which offers something unique for everyone participating in the celebration. We design and organize customized wedding plans carefully crafting each detail as per your choice.

The complete package design is FLEXIBLE, 'from venue to menu' & from 'budget planning to honeymoon travel' ; you decide and we organize. We offer end-to-end services : booking air tickets, wedding planning and management, accommodation booking, vendor management, on-site assistance, transportation, destination management, honeymoon travels, et all.

PLANNING AND BOOKING PROCESS

Ok, so you've decided about having a destination wedding in India. Great! But Where do we go from here ?

It's very simple ! Once you are convinced with the idea of getting married in India, we fix an online appointment (through Skype / MSN Messenger / Google Talk / Yahoo Messenger) at a mutually convenient time. We share ideas and document certain details that help us design an appropriate wedding plan for you.

Once you approve the details of our proposed plan, we finalize the package and sign a contract. You need to pay 50% of the package cost at this time. Rest of the amount can be paid when you come to India for your wedding. You are not required to visit India during the planning process i.e. before the wedding. All the communication can be carried online or through telephone. We would be available for consultation and queries throughout. We would communicate each detail of the booking process and vendor selection and will send you regular updates about the status of finalization of each category's vendor. We do not out-source the wedding design/management process. We have a fully functional team taking care of each discrete requirement of yours.

We also offer our technical expertise to design and develop a complimentary wedding website for each couple who books a luxury wedding. The website gives each detail of the wedding plan, with pictures, videos and information about the venue and city.

HOW DO I BOOK AN ONLINE CONSULTATION ?

Our team members will revert back within 24 hrs. to finalize your online appointment with an in-house expert wedding consultant. You can have a detailed discussion with the consultant regarding your plans, ideas, and specific requirements.

HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ?

By associating the word Luxury to our product, we do not mean to inflate the cost of the package to unaffordable levels. The cost greatly varies depending on your choice from the array of services we offer. Once you detail the preferred budget range and services required, we work out the best deals for you, and send you a detailed proposal. This process may take anywhere between 2 to 7 days.

The LUXURY of this experience is the feel of getting married like kings and queens of the bygone era. But, it doesn't necessarily carry a huge price tag. The price associated with the wedding package depends on : number of people attending, choice of venue, choice of service inclusions, number of days etc.

Even though we are a newly formed subsidiary of The Heritage, we have an experienced team of professionals who can cater to any specific requirement of our clients. So, the city, theme, venue and decor of the wedding could be customized as per your requirements. We assure you that we'll negotiate the best deals for you at any location of your choice.

HOW DO YOU ESTABLISH TRUST AS A SERVICE PROVIDER ?

Moreover the contract we sign at the time of finalizing the package details out each package inclusion and holds both parties equally liable in case any clause is not abided by.

WHAT DOES THE BOOKING CONTRACT LOOK LIKE ? WHAT IF WE HAVE LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PLANS ?

The booking contract is signed once we mutually finalize a wedding package (ie venue, dates, accommodation, etc.) . We forward you the contract once the preliminary details are worked out and the wedding package is finalized. At the time of signing this contract, you also need to make a payment equal to 50% the package cost to secure our services and to begin making further bookings in your name.

Once you have booked, the price of your wedding is fully guaranteed and is not subject to any changes/surcharges/hidden costs.

In case of last minute change of plans/cancellations, rescheduling may involve penalties and booking amount retentions in hotels. The amount of such penalties would depend on the date of wedding and the contract.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO GET MARRIED IN INDIA ? WHEN SHOULD WE START PLANNING OUR WEDDING ?

Though, September to February is the best time to get married in India because of pleasant weather conditions, rest of the year offers lower hotel and venue rates and are thus preferred by many couples. March to August is summers followed by monsoons in most parts of India.

However, September to February, being the wedding season in India, bookings need to be made well in advance to ensure wider range of venues and vendors to select from.
