We have a long list of references from USA, UK and other Countries who took our services in the past.
Some of them have taken our services two or three times whenever they visited different parts of India. If required we can send the list of these references and recommendations to prospective clients looking for convincing and authentic endorsements before they decide to travel with us.

Dear Anil,
We are now back to Paris after our great vacation in Rajasthan and I wanted to share some comments with you.
First of all, and you know I am a rather demanding client, we are delighted with our trip and the way you organized it. Please feel free to add me to your list of references and/or to post any part of this email on your website (I can also write a specific one if you prefer).
Here are our comments (for future clients):
1) Program: the program was extremely well designed and I really think it allowed us to have a fairly exhaustive view of the major sites. It was very dense but perfect for us; we also visited some places that were not in the program but very interesting like Fatehpur Sikri, Ranakpur, and the Nadine Le Prince painted haveli in Fatehpur (well worth it). Some people might find it too dense though.
2) Car: thank you for the upgrade; we really appreciated the comfort of the car (which was kept spotless by our driver)
3) Driver: our driver (Mohan) was really good combining excellent driving, availability and politeness. He took very good care of us (including organization of services - camel tour, guide in Mandawa ...) and pointed out different scenes of rural life and also sites which were not originally planned (like Ranakpur - well worth the stop - or Fatehpur). Also, he was not pushing too hard for "retail opportunities". He really deserves to be called an "expert" driver.
4) Guides: they were overall pleasant and professional though we had to be vigilant to be able to see all the sites and not be driven to shops. Only the Jodhpur guide should be blacklisted as we only managed to see the fort with him (in about an hour...), he did not say much (apart from seizing every opportunity to say how beautiful the Jodhpur textiles were) and when asked how we would see the rest of the city, he answered he could come back in the morning only if we were interested in buying silver or antiques or whatever else... We had Mohan and our book and saw what we wanted to see the following day but I really think you should let him know that this attitude is unprofessional and my advice to you is that you stop giving him work.
5) Hotels: great selection of hotels/rooms. The most fantastic one was the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur; we were upgraded to a historic suite (a corner room) and that was a marvelous experience. Obviously you have a good relationship with the Taj group as in each of the Taj hotels we went to, we were given really good rooms. Udaipur was less satisfactory as there are only 3 rooms in that hotel which are really good (617, 618 and 626) and the one we got the 1st night (625) was an absolute disaster. I literally had to corner the manager to get him to be moved to a decent room the following day (and we then got 626). I guess the Shiv Niwas is probably a better choice unless you can guarantee one of those 3 rooms (or the few which are in the actual palace). Jaisalmer's Gorbandh Palace (my own arrangement following your recommendation) is a very good choice for the deluxe suites only (which I had booked): the rooms (I happened to see one) are really not good. Gajner Palace was a bit of a disappointment as the room we got (145) was actually a garden bungalow and not located in the palace itself; they could apparently not move us (they offered a single room instead!); I went to visit the Lilligarh palace in Bikaner but would not have liked to stay there either. In Mandawa the "dongeon" suite we got (314) was great; FYI, people who had booked normal rooms there were furious.
6) Rathambore: great place to stay; I would recommend you plan 3 safaris (as we got eventually) instead of 2 and that you endeavour to have private jeeps (rather than canters) and do your best to be allocated zone 3.
7) Meals: we had most of our meals at the hotels we were staying; actually we were a bit disappointed overall by the quality of the food (have had better indian food in London or even Paris at similar prices!); the places we stopped for lunch were so boring that in the end we just took some bread from our breakfast; maybe there are other places you could recommend (avoiding tourist places like Indiana)?
8) Xmas & New Year's dinners are as everywhere in the world the worst price quality ratio; for our trip next year to southern India, we will ask you to make sure we either stay in a hotel that does not require that, or that does not have a restaurant or we will travel back home the night of the 31st!
Anyway again, congratulations on the work you did as I have rarely seen so much professionalism at a very good value for money. I will definitely recommend your agency to several people who are planning trips to India and we look forward to having you organize our next trip to India.

Best regards
Christophe
