ITINERARY
Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi and we meet and greet you at IGI International Airport to accompany you
on your drive to your hotel. Assistance is provided for the check-in. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 - Delhi
After breakfast full day city tour visiting Qutab Minar,
India gate (war memorial), Lakshminarayan Temple - modern Hindu temple,
drive past President's House, Parliament House & Secretariat Building.
Afternoon sightseeing of Old Delhi visit Rajghat & Shanti
Vana (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru) and Red
Fort. Late evening Experience the Night Life in one of the 5 star hotels
with class aperitifs and dances and music. The transfer and the entrances to the
hotel for experiencing the Night Life is included. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 - Delhi - Mandawa
After breakfast drive to Mandawa. Visit Dundlod, Nawalgarh
and Mandawa etc. Mandawa Town was founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and
is still the home of his descendants. Mandawa houses a collection of armories,
costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic, collection and
many other interesting items preserved in a museum. Mandawa castle, one of the
finest castles of Rajasthan is now a beautiful hotel. Mandawa has beautiful
frescoes, havelis & mansions. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Mandawa- Bikaner
Morning drive to Bikaner, on arrival check in into hotel. Afternoon city tour
covering Junagadh Fort - constructed between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Rai Singh, fort
has a 986 meter long wall with 37 bastions & two entrances, Bhand Sagar Temple -
The 16century Jain temple, is the most important of this temple complex, Camel Breeding
Farm - a unique experience where you can ride on a camel & have perhaps the first
taste of camels milk. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Bikaner- Jaisalmer
Morning free to enjoy city atmosphere. Afternoon drive to Jaisalmer - The
Citadel City. On arrival check in into hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 - Jaisalmer
Morning sightseeing of Jaisalmer, throbbing in the heart of the Tharthe
burnished sandstone, is an intricately moulded wonderland. A half day sightseeing
tour to visit this city of gilded magic. As the sunsets, the sky goes up
in flames and night descends softly, creating a new monument every evening. People still
live in these ancient buildings dating from 12 to 15th century. Every house has exquisite
carvings and filigreed work all over.To see the beauty of the Thar Desert we take
you to Sam Sand Dunes on the camel Back. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur - The Desert enchantment. On arrival check in
into hotel. Jodhpur is largest city of Rajasthan after Jaipur. Evening free to relax.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 - Jodhpur - Ranakpur
- Mount Abu
After breakfast drive to Ranakpur. Visiting Ranakpur Jain Temple
Complex. Later on continue drive to Mount Abu. On arrival
check-in into hotel. In the evening you can take a boat rides at NAKKI
LAKE. Overnight at hotel.
Day 9 - Mount Abu
After breakfast enjoy full day city sightseeing. Rajasthan's only hill station sprawls
along a 1200m high plateau in the south of the state. Visit Delwara Jain Temple,
Guru Shikhar-the highest point, Achal Garh. In the evening
transfer to Sunset Point. See Sunset at Sunset Point for excellent
photography. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 - Mount Abu - Udaipur
After breakfast, we drive to Udaipur and on arrival transfer to hotel. Lake City
is a cool oasis in the dry heart of Rajasthan. It is probably the most romantic city in
Rajasthan. In the evening take a Boat Ride to Hotel
Lake Palace for Dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 - Udaipur
After breakfast full day city tour visiting City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive
around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Bhartiya
Lok Kala Mandir (folk art museum) later on Shilp Gram is arranged where you can see artisans working and can also try your hands
on various crafts. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 - Udaipur - Chittorgarh
After breakfast drive from Udaipur to Chittorgarh and on arrival transfer to hotel. In the
afternoon half day city sightseeing. The hilltop of Chittorgarh epitomizes the whole
romantic doomed ideal of Rajput chivalry. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 - Chittorgarh - Pushkar
Breakfast at hotel. Chittorgarh - Pushkar Leave by surface to Pushkar and
on arrival transfer to hotel/camps. Pushkar is world famous for the huge camel
fair which takes place every OCT-Nov. At this time the town is thronged with
tribal people from all over the Rajasthan, Piligrims from all over India and tourist from
all over the world. Camel rides camel safaris are also available. There are Rajasthan
dance programs and other cultural events. It is one of the biggest and most colorful
festivals.
Day 14 - Pushkar - Jaipur
After breakfast, drive from Pushkar to Jaipur and on arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon half
day city sightseeing tour visiting Maharaja's City Palace &
the Observatory. Later on drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace
of Winds & through the pink rose residential/business areas of Jaipur.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 - Jaipur
After breakfast take an excursion to Amber Fort, the ancient capital of
the state until 1728. Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of Victory
glitteringwith mirrors, Jaimahal & the Temple of Kali. Ascend on
elephant back, the hill, on which the fort is situated. In the evening
we will arrange a special THEME DINNER at an Ethnic Village Resort where you
can savour the taste of RAJASTHANI CUISINE with Folk Dances. Other attractions are CAMEL
RIDES,PUPPET SHOW, MAGICIAN, FORTUNE TELLER and VILLAGE CRAFTS. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 16 - Jaipur - Bharatpur - Fatehpur
Sikri - Agra
After brealfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Agra. Enroute
visiting Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary - one of the finest bird sanctuaries in
the world. The marshes here are home to over 360 species of birds including
the Siberian cranes that come to spend the winter here. Later on continue drive to Agra
via Fatehpur Sikri built by emperor Akbar in 1569. On arrival check in
into hotel. In the evening a meeting with a Master Chef is arranged for the
briefing on MUGHLAI CUISINE. Later on you taste the Non Veg. specialities
prepared by the expert Chefs. Overnight at hotel.
Day 17 - Agra - New Delhi - Departure
After breakfast half day city tour visiting the world famous Taj
Mahal built by the Moghul emperor Shahjehan in1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to
enshrine her mortal remains. Also visit the Red Fort. Later on drive from
Agra to Delhi and on arrival transfer to international airport for flight to further
destination.
